STACK OFFICIAL PAPERS

The following STACK official papers can [eventually] be found on these pages:

are, at this time, only available on paper and 'snail'-mail. All of the above mentioned too of course!

The order of the papers mentioned is no coincidence. The Charter is the basis for STACK itself. As a flyers organisation STACK has the responsibility to make sure competitions are run fairly, fun to watch and profitable to organise!

The Sanction form makes sure (if signed by the organiser) that all will be run according to STACK standards, by the organiser. (And of course by the judging panel and the competitors!)

The Rule book sets the way competition is set up, both before, "off the field" as well as 'during'; "on the field" (It is likely, that in the near future these two different sides of events will be described in two different "books" "Regulations" and "Rules". If so, you will find them on these pages!)

The Compulsory book can be considered as part of the rule book. Due to the growth in the number of compulsories, and the development of compulsories for pairs, and for quad line kites, a 'seperation' has become inevitable.

Rules about who is selecting compulsories for an event are not strict yet, although the Sanction form gives a firm hint. Neither is there a strict system for developing new ones.

So far the -small- group of international judges, who are interested in keeping competitors "at their toes" has designed quite a lot of difficult to fly, easy to judge, fun to watch figures.

Every major international event, like Euro-Cup or World Cup is a reason to adjust the level of the compulsories with the current level of flying!
