"IN" is called as all kites are evenly spread near the windows edge, and all start to fly down.(An- gles between horizon and flying paths of outer kites are the same as angles between other flying paths).All fly downwards at the same time, towards center window. A full stop is performed simultaneously, kites not more than at ^10, and not more than 10% apart. "OUT" is called after at least 10% vertical flight by all kites.
