• "In" is called when all kites are lined up at ^90, pointing downwards.
  After 70% vertical flight all kites simultaneously perform a loop with a diameter of 20%. with the bottom at about ^10. After the loop each kite travels 70% upwards.
  "Out" is called as the kites return all at ^90.
