"In" is called as the kites start in an upright position at <25 and >25. After the start two quarter-circles are flown with a diameter of 25%. The kites are kept in an upright position. The kites (almost) touch at 0^25.Two semicircles are flown with a diameter of about 25%; centre of the semi-circles at 0^50. "Out" is called at the top, with the kites in an upright position, (almost) touching.
