"In" is called when kites are flying horizontally at ^90, kite 2 at ^75; top kite at <60, bottom kite at <90. As bottom kite reaches ^75<52 it turns, flying downwards. Top kite then has already turned, both kites then flying at the same height. At all vertical stretches both kites fly at same height. Speedcontrol during curves is used to have entering as well as leaving the curves simultaneously. Distance between kites during vertical stretches and curves is a constant 15%. "Out" is called when the top kite has flown at least 20% on the top horizontal line, at ^90.
