"In" is called when the kite flies on a horizontal line at ^40,
when the kite is at more then <60.
A loop (circle) is flown upwards with a diameter of aproximately 20%.
The centre of the loop at centre window.
After that the kite continues on the horizontal line at ^40,
until the kite reaches >65.
It then flyes a curve -half a circle- downwards until flying on a horizontal line at ^10.
A second loop (circle) is flown upwards
with a diameter of aproximately 20%.

"Out" is called when the kite is more then <60.
