"In" is called when the kite flies at ^10 before <50 is reached. Then a sharp 90º turn at ^10<15 upwards followed by 20% vertical travel. A sharp corner, approximately 60 forms the beginning of part of a circle with the center at ^50<0 and a radius of 25%. The figure is symmetric along the vertical at <0. "Out" is called when the kite reaches ^10>50.
