"In" is called when the kite is at ^90<25.
After 25% horizontal flight the kite enters an 'eight' figure.
The diameter of each arc is approximately 30% with the bottom of the eight at ^10.
The point where the two straight lines intersect is at ^50.
The kite "leaves" the 'eight' figure at ^90<>0, the same point where it entered.
"Out" is called when the kite has flown 25% horizontally at ^90.
