"In" is called when the kite flies at ^10 before <80 is reached. Then a sharp at ^10<35 upwards. Flying a straight line through point ^50<0 followed by a circle segment. Diameter of circle approximately 25%. After a straight line down, passing point ^50<0 again a sharp turn into the horizontal line at ^10. "Out" is called when the kite reaches ^10>80.
