T - 19 X-CROSSED ROLLS

"In" is called when all kites fly horizontally, with the odd kites at ^90 and the even numbered ones at ^10, before the "front" kites reach <20 and the "back" kites <90. Each kite flies "THE MOUNT" (I - 06), the odd numbered kites upside down. At the crossing points the odd numbered kites move slightly ahead of the even numbered ones. The loops with a diameter of 10% of each "odd and even couple" should straight be above each other. "Out" is called when the kites fly horizontally again, for at least 20%.
