"IN" is called when the kites are lined up the following way:
"top"kite at ^90, "bottom" kite at ^30, all kites at
least 65% from center window, odd-numbered kites on the left, even numbered on
the right. Each kite flies on a horizontal line towards center window. At center
window all kites fly a loop downwards, with a diameter of approximately 15%.
After the loop each kite flies through on the same horizontal line as before the
loop. "OUT" is called if all kites are at least 60% from center
window.
