"In" is called when the kite flies at ^10 before <60 is
reached.
A sharp 90º turn at ^10<10 forms the beginning of a square with
30% sides. Returning on the line at ^10 next turn is at >40. Fly vertical
until ^90. 3 sharp turns with 30% distance will form the next square. Both
small squares are "mirror-symmetrically" around line >50^0 - <50^100.
"Out" is called when the kite reaches ^60>65.
