FI-10 PIVOTS
Key Elements:
- the four spins done with the center of the kite in fixed position
- horizontal flights along the same, horizontal, straight line
- minimal width of the figure of 80°
Description:
- "IN" call:
at starting point, with the kite in vertical
position, the left wing touching the ground at about <40
- A straight line upwards is flown until about ^18 is reached.
Then a 90° c.w. spin is performed.
That spin is followed three times by a straight horizontal flight of
about 20° and a 90° c.w. spin.
The center of the kite should follow a straight,
horizontal line during all these moves, as is shown on the diagram.
When the kite has reached >40, after it's last spin
it is flown downwards.
- "OUT" call:
when the kite lands at its left tip, at >40
